1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ek99 ("ek99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at ek99.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

In the event that an account is found to belong to a person under the age of 21, ek99 will immediately close the account, void any open bets, forfeit any winnings, and return only the net deposited funds to the verified payment method after completing any required investigations.

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ek99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ek99's discretion; the current list of accepted methods is displayed at the point of deposit and withdrawal.

All deposits are credited to your account in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ek99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems, network outages, or banking maintenance windows.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ek99 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that:

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek99 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure of their account with forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials;
• Money Laundering: Using the ek99 platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or other multiplayer game;
• Match Fixing & Inside Information: Placing bets using non-public information or in connection with any scheme to fix the outcome of a sporting event;
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human input;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, incorrect odds, or system errors to gain a financial advantage;
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with a payment provider after funds have been used on the platform;
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21 years of age.

ek99 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies. Any evidence of criminal activity identified during the investigation of prohibited conduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ek99 platform — including but not limited to the ek99 brand name, logo, website design, software, source code, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ek99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ek99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform;

Any breach of this clause will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ek99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• Court orders or regulatory instructions requiring the restriction of an account;

12 Amendments to These Terms
